Victoria Csabrajetz
I offer a client-centered, collaborative, culturally sensitive approach to whatever is coming up in your life. I believe that we all have the inner resources to heal, change, and grow, and I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to facilitate this exploration. As a first generation Canadian and multiracial woman, I honor diverse perspectives and experiences and understand oppressive societal structures. I have a yoga teaching qualification and I integrate body-based practices to provide an all-encompassing, holistic perspective.
I grew up in Quebec and I have spent time living and working in South America and Europe. My Brazilian Afro-Indigenous and Hungarian heritage inform who I am today. I have 7+ years of experience in the school system both as a facilitator, teacher, and working on the administrative side as an admissions and outreach coordinator - both abroad and in Canada. I have a bachelor’s in psychology, a counselling diploma, and master’s in counselling. I practice in English, but I am fluent in French and Portuguese. My approach is mostly humanistic, mostly person-centered, but I do draw on other modalities and I have an interest in family systems.
